PRE-GAME WARMUP


Think for a second about your best performances in training and competition... What was present right BEFORE you heard "3,2,1, GO"? 

Before you jump into a workout, give yourself a chance to get ready MENTALLY. Your pre-game warmup is simply a few physical things you do before you workout that SET THE MECHANISM mentally.

An Example:  
-Get to the box at 5:50 and give daps and hugs.
-6:00, the prep starts with the same 6 Dynamic Range of Motion exercises. Within this 10 minutes (besides assessing how the body feels), two things are marinating 'upstairs':
*What Would be a Win for ME in this workout?
*What is my average? How can I improve from my personal average?

The Game Plan...An inside scoop



So here is the what CFDC is planning: 
LEARN
-a 1 day workshop to take your mental game up to your physical game. Included in the seminar will be a journal/workbook of sorts to log your training (we are talking workouts, recovery, nutrition, and mental state)
PRACTICE
-a 40 day period to use this info and incorporate Performance Intelligence into your training.
TEST
-put your knowledge to the test in a CFDC competition. With an original platform for testing fitness it will reward those with the MIND OF A CHAMPION!
